Evergreen Chinese Restaurant

Food delivery was great. We have always been a fan of evergreen For years we have been ordering our food from this restaurant never had any issues. The food is always delicious and the people are great.

Love the food. It tastes very fresh to me nice employees as well.

Won't repeat it was just ok..

VERY Rude customer service, took 2 hours for delivery and food was cold when it finally did arrive, called to tell them it was cold and they hung up the phone on me, never ordering from there again. Disgusted by the way I was treated by the employees there.

Simply, the food is good.

We ordered cheese steak rolls and they were disgusting. Inside of them was just onions and maybe 3-4 really tiny pieces of crumbled meat. Barely any cheese either. I do NOT recommend anyone order them unless you like onion rolls. While they are very cheap they are NOT what they are advertised as. Ever green change the name of them to onion rings.

Hello I'm doing ratings for Evergreen Chinese food and I give them a f rating. Their customer service is horrible you don't have to call them one time you have to call about 7 times for them to run to bring you your order and to bring your order. The food is not even right the customer service is horrible the people speak on the phone horrible. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go there and buy any food cuz their food is nasty and I give them a f rating and also their building needs to be inspected it's nasty and filthy on Dupont highway is nasty and it smell like mold

typical american style chinese food take-out. Very good quality for a take-out place, but they won't answer the phone blahhhhh

The food was disgusting! It was the worse experience of my life. I drove from California to visit in Delaware and I wanted some Chinese food and I saw Evergreen. I ordered some Orange Chicken and the chicken didn't smell right, i'm just saying. I drove away as fast as I could and never went back. P.S. I agree with the other review, it did smell like sewer/trash water. I will never order again. I'm sure you will get the runs.Stay away.

When people complain about the smell but have no idea what proper food is supposed to smell like smh. Place is pretty awesome

Been there quite a few times. Everytime I order for deliver . I never received forks or napkins. Gave me wrong order and when I called she got nasty . never again !! Done with that rat hole !!

I had a great experience in this restaurant. We enjoyed the excellent atmosphere and the food. The waiters were very attentive. I am happy we ultimately decided to visit this place.

I regularly arrive purchasing some food here. I enjoyed the speedy customer service and well prepared food. Never disappointing.

I would like to give them no stars. The customer service sucks, food sucks, and the delivery guy did not want to bring our food to our door. We live in a good neighborhood and he refused to bring our food up. Never again will I order from them again.

If I could give a 0 I would. My food was ordered over an hr ago and still isnt here. When I called about the delay the woman who took my call was rude and abrasive. She even had the nerve to tell me its not her problem and next time I better learn to pick up in person. When I asked for her name and manager I was told she didnt have to give me any of that and continued to be abrasive. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY ARE THE RUDEST, MOST OBNOXIOUS PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.By the way, it turns out the woman who was so rude is the daughter of the owner. The delivery man had no issue telling me she is running the show. She is the most miserable, disgusting customer service person I have ever spoken with. Her mother isnt going to have a business with her in charge for very long.

I've been ordering chinese from here for years. This is one of the best local places to order from. The food has always been good. Rarely is there a problem with my order.Food typically takes about 30-60 minutes to get to you depending on how much you ordered. The delivery driver is always friendly. I don't know what people are talking about with the smell in store. Every time I've gone it smelled like food.

Food gets delivered fast everytime.... never get egg rolls tho.. its drenched / soaked in oil that obviously was never planned to be drained smh. overall good food good price for the area ... stay low with the delivery min. not everyone has a car .

Horrible food. I ordered Buddha plus Sesame tofu from this place. It was totally bland - the little curry had just water and soy sauce in it. Literally I could only taste salt and sourness. The vegetables added had a boiled taste and tofu wasn’t fresh. 1 star for minimum requirement.

Lived here for one year but always had a problem with the a/c and cooker.

Is a very good Chinese delivery restaurant I ordered from here all the time normal price Chinese food but every place is a little different this place is sauces and their foods are very very good

Its been over an hour since I ordered from here and they are still not here and they are only 0.5 miles away from where we live.

Slow food preparation and you have to check your order after you get your food to make sure it's your order😞 7/17/19 I just remembered why I stopped coming to this restaurant, I just ordered a pu pu platter and everything was soked in oil and burned and terrible, now I'll never go back again!!!

I Got A Shrimp Roll . I Bit Into It And Started Chewing And It Tasted Funny So I Spit It Out It Was MOLD Inside It.! I Took It Back Lady Said Omg I’ll Give You Another One.! NO THANKS I’ll Never Eat There Again

No flavor

First time here and I have eaten allot of Chinese takeout over the years. This place has good food. Made to order, fresh ingredients and taste great.

Food is ok but the place is kind of run down and dirty looking.
